A week ago we had the privilege of having a table at the Oak Park Day In Our Village annual event. On June 1, 2014 we were able to talk to people about the CROP Hunger Walk and from those discussions 15 people signed up to volunteer and get involved in our efforts.
It was heart warming to have the discussion with people who believe in the cause of “ending hunger one step at a time.”
